Mrs Moorhouse presents the Pre-Prep with “My Mummy is a Soldier”

On Tuesday, Mrs Moorhouse and her children George (Year 8) and Alice (Year 5) came to visit Year 2 to share a book called “My Mummy is a Soldier”, which she had been involved with.

The book was recently launched by the National Army Museum and aims to breakdown gender stereotypes and increasing awareness of many roles, especially STEM roles.

George and Alice read the story beautifully to the children before Mrs Moorhouse kindly presented the Pre-Prep with their own signed copy. We wish to thank Mrs Moorhouse, George and Alice for their time and for being so kind as to visit us.
