The Pre-Prep meet Three Fluffy Black Lambs

On Thursday, the Pre-Prep welcomed some very special visitors to school – three, fluffy black lambs!

We all enjoyed stroking them, watching them leap around in the orchard and feeding them milk from a bottle. They even wore little coats to keep them warm and had lots of cuddles with the children…and staff!

Two of the lambs had names, Holly and Bean, but one did not so Elise’s Mummy asked the children in the Pre-Prep to think of a name for him.

We had a lot of great suggestions and, after voting in assembly, we decided to call him Bertie!

Thank you so much to Elise and her Mummy for bringing in their lambs – it was a baaa-rilliant morning!
