Hazlegrove’s recent Festival of Wellbeing concentrated on all aspects of mental and physical health. The week was packed with visits, talks, activities and events that celebrated and emphasised the importance of having a sense of wellbeing in a world that grows ever more complicated.
There was lots on offer for the Pre-Prep, who joined in with the Dance-a-thon to launch the Festival, the Sport Relief Run at the end of the week, as well as a range of other activities including extended Forest School sessions, Flavour School, Art workshops and Yoga. There were Parenting Forums for the grown-ups, and Squirrels Forest School and Squirrels Sing and Dance for younger children.
A week full of opportunity to share in the wellbeing all around us.
