We have been celebrating our Festival of Wellbeing this week. We have enjoyed participating in yoga, relaxing exercise and dance sessions and we have used our senses to explore a range of fruits and vegetables in Flavour School. We have also had stories read to us by Prep School teachers and really enjoyed a visit from the Guide Dogs charity. A lady taught us sign language and we are all now very good at signing ‘good morning’. On Wednesday we had an extended Forest School. After building dens, hunting for bugs and creating willow decorations, we had our lunch round the fire. Over the duration of the week we have been taking part in the Couch to 1K challenge. On Friday we all ran 1KM and were ever so proud of ourselves.
