Cycling for World Bicycle Relief

What a fantastic morning! The weather was perfect and what a sight – everyone having a go on the obstacle courses arranged by Nick Bourne, Hazlegrove parent and athlete who completed the record breaking Cairo to Cape Town ride for World bicycle Relief – over 70 children from age 2 1/2 -7 with their bikes, trikes and scooters! The more confident cyclists then followed a cross country trail through the school woods. Great fun was had by all!

Nick praised the children saying, “I was so impressed with the students confidence while cycling and demeanour throughout.”

A huge thank you to Nick and also to all the parents for bringing the bikes to school.
