Six weeks ago the Pre-Prep buried different materials in the Rainbow Room garden. With great excitement these items were dug up during Earthwyz week. Year 2 were very lucky with the weather and it was a gloriously sunny afternoon for their extended Forest School session during the Earthwyz Festival. After hot dogs and corn on the cob, they baked bananas over the fire before enjoying an afternoon of activities in the woods.
The Nursery children thoroughly enjoyed their special Forest School session during the Earthwyz Festival, especially the hot chocolate around the fire!
Mrs Marr, the School Nurse came to talk to the Nursery about keeping healthy. Mrs Houston felt extremely proud of the Nursery children as they confidently shared their ideas of what they can do for themselves to stay healthy. The children helped to set up our own surgery in the Nursery.
