The Pre-Prep had lots of fun today taking part in a Circus Skills Workshop. They had the opportunity to learn new skills such as plate spinning, poi and balancing peacock feathers; at the same time developing the art of perseverance. We all had great fun on Eggstravaganza Day. The children were busy all morning decorating eggs and hats for the occasion.There were some fantastic hats, and there were so many imaginative and original eggshibits in the decorated egg competition that it made it very hard for Mr Robertson to judge. Year 1 visited Stourhead on a cool Spring day, but luckily the weather stayed dry for them! In the morning they visited St Martin’s Church at Zeals as part of their R. E. work. Rev. Individual instrumentalists and the percussion and recorder groups all delighted the audience at the Pre-Prep Concert performing with confidence, poise and obvious enjoyment!
Year 1 and 2 experienced recycling in action, making recycled paper. It was messy work but so much fun!
